Please note the following important requirement for devices managed by Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems:

Any device booked for collection must have the MDM removed prior to pickup.

For devices under MDM, a standard reset is blocked. To securely remove data, we perform a hard reset via a connected PC and iTunes. However, while this successfully removes all data, it does not disable the MDM. This means the device may still display the institution's name or logo upon redeployment.

To ensure a smooth processing flow and guarantee the successful redeployment or recycling of your devices, we urgently request that all device management systems relating to your institution are removed from all mobile devices before booking them for collection.

Thank you for your cooperation.
