We assume that everything donated to us is owned by the donating organisation. The full ownership of any items donated to us is transferred upon the signing of the collection form by a representative of the donating organisation.
We reserve the right to deny the collection of any item(s) which fails to meet our internal collection criteria. This right extends to the denial of items even whilst on-site.
The donating organisation will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by any staff member of Enviro Electronics whilst on site performing a collection.
We reserve the right to deny the collection of any item(s) which contains toxic materials and/or requires extra licensing to process that we do not possess. This right extends to the denial of items even whilst on-site.
We reserve the right to sell any item donated to us, by the donating organisation, in an intact or modified form.
We reserve the right to pass the donated items onto third parties for further treatment in an intact or modified form.
We cannot guarantee that all items donated to us by the donating organisation will be recycled. Although we strive to recycle as much as possible, various items/components/materials may be scrapped at our discretion.
